The voice orders him when to wake up, when to take the stairs instead of the elevator, who to say "Hello" to during a party and to avoid eating any fried food. He later eats the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich at Subway, where his friend hints that maybe he doesn't really need a life coach.
