Bill Hader has some problems using his phone and tries to call his mother. After dropping his phone in a toilet, he's placing his cellphone in a container of rice in hopes it will work properly. This strategy isn't as crazy as waiting two years for an upgrade. T-Mobile offers JUMP, a mobile upgrade program that allows you to get a different phone twice every six months.
