Kenji Kuno, a JICA Senior Advisor speaks about his role on creating opportunities for disabled individuals, particularly in Malaysia. Kuno speaks about how overcoming disabilities to suit society. Now, it's all about creating an inclusive society. This includes training led by disabled individuals, and supporting those individuals with enough resources to smooth the transition into the workplace. Kuno wants to expand this way of thinking not only in Japan and Malaysia, but the entire world.
