The Hate U Give TV Movie Trailer

Starr Carter is a black teenager who must constantly switch between the racially and economically divided worlds of her neighborhood and her prep school. When she witnesses the fatal shooting of her childhood best friend Khalil, the separation between her worlds shatters and she must overcome pressures from both communities to find her own voice. "The Hate U Give," in theaters Oct. 5, 2018, is rated PG-13.
