UnitedHealthcare TV Commercial, 'Low Jump'

During an indoor basketball game, a mother attempts to show off her slam dunk skills to her daughter. She jumps off of the couch, but hits the ceiling fan on her way to the hoop. She falls down onto a table as the fan emits a shower of sparks. The parents use their UnitedHealthcare insurance to help Mom find the right doctor for her injured shoulder.
