USAA TV Commercial, 'The Hayles Family: Members for Life

The Hayes family expresses their gratitude to USAA for helping take care of them while Steward Hayes was gone for long army deployments in Iraq. When his wife was in a car accident, she called USAA and was immediately helped. She says the group thanked her for her service and insists that the spouses of soldiers serve their country as well.
