Wendy's offers its busy customers some help by using its Berry Burst Chicken Salad to take care of some items on their to-do lists. They no longer need to worry about growing fresh berries, freshly grilling chicken or hand-chipping fresh ingredients, the restaurant says. And, if they're too preoccupied to pick it up, DoorDash is delivering this lunch item for free.
