Ally Bank TV Commercial, 'Two-Star Mechanic'

Ally Bank says that Casey wouldn't hire a two-star mechanic or accept a ride from a rideshare driver with only four stars. So why would she choose a bank with poor online reviews? Ally says that if you check the online reviews it will be clear which bank is the winner.
