A woman asks a Barnes & Noble employee for help finding a cookbook for her best friend. After answering a few questions about skill level, flavor preferences and desert tastes, she is presented with an ideal recommendation. When she asks the book expert how she was able to find such a perfect match so quickly, she replies, "It's what I do."
