Bell + Howell Tactical Lighter TV Commercial, 'Military Tough: Free TacLight'

Nick Bolton introduces the Bell + Howell Tactical Lighter, a tool he says is tough as a tank. The lighter uses Arc Plasma Technology to emit a flame-less spark that Bolton claims cannot be blown out or extinguished by even the harshest conditions.
