It looks like a woman is seeking a new phone plan for her family, but she quickly decides to take advantage of a special offer she's given by the Boost Mobile salespeople. She looks at her family and says that they're getting lines after switching to Boost, but then she also excitedly points to a random stranger named Bill and shouts, "Bill, you get a line!"
