A young artist, Anthony McCoy, moves to Cabrini-Green with his girlfriend Brianna Cartwright. The now-gentrified area has changed greatly in the last 30 years, but the legend of the Candyman remains. McCoy soon becomes obsessed with the mysterious tales of this murderous man and believes he has unleashed him back into the world. The legend of the Candyman returns to where it all began in this sequel to the 1992 film of the same name. "Candyman" hits theaters on June 12, 2020.
