When her parents decided to adopt a sister for her from China, this young girl wanted to be prepared. To help her, her mother used Care.com to find the perfect sitter for the family. Using the special requests field on the app, her mother asked for someone who speaks Chinese, and Maggie, their new babysitter, helps the girl practice words and small phrases so she'll be ready to talk with her sister as they get older.
