As a CarMax representative wielding a chainsaw finishes carving a wooden tiger (Dr. Whiskers), he explains what the visual aid represents: that CarMax associates won't pounce like a tiger when you arrive to buy a car. And, in case you're wondering why he didn't use a real tiger to illustrate his point, he insists it would maul him.
