After being rated No. 1 in customer satisfaction over cable for 17 years, DIRECTV is puzzled that some people still like cable. The satellite TV company likens these people to those who enjoy wet grocery bags, getting a bad haircut, overcrowded trains, turnstiles that don't turn and spilling coffee on themselves. For everyone else, there's DIRECTV.
