Exxon Mobil tells the story of one job and how that turned into many more. The company says when foreman Rhonda started, she helped create jobs in areas like construction, science and welding. Those workers, in turn, needed diner workers, teachers and doctors for their needs, which is how one job in energy created a whole lot more.
