Ryan the Fios customer service agent is in for a surprise. While chatting with a guy on the phone about whether the cord of his new TV is in or out, he soon realizes that guy is actor John McEnroe. Oh, and Ryan quickly learns not to call him "Mac," because Mr. McEnroe doesn't seem to like that. Though, he seems to be satisfied with not having to talk to a cable guy.
