Fred is an artist that specializes in cutting blocks of cheese to look like famous people. Cutting cheese heads isn't an easy task, just look at what happened to the swiss cheese bust of Shaquille O'Neal. Everyone thought Fred was crazy, especially when it came to his more diverse tools such as a butane torch. But, with the launch of his website "HeadsOfCheese.com" that was purchased through GoDaddy, his cheese heads are selling like hot cakes.
