This man says that in his ideal world, the cloud would act like air traffic control, so it can allow new data to integrate with data from its existing systems. It would also need to be able to pull data from 20 year-old platforms and be accessible for an app in the future. He knows his demands aren't the simplest, but he believes that IBM's cloud is capable of that.
