IBM Watson TV Commercial, 'Helps Sonoma County Help the Homeless'

Representatives of Sonoma County say that it had declared a homeless emergency in 2018 and emphasizes its need to help the crisis. With IBM Watson's help, they were able to bring in data from its various departments to get a better more in depth picture of the people they serve and end the crisis.
