IHOP introduces its Elf on the Shelf Menu including an assortment of sweet items topped with shimmery elf sprinkles as well as a Holiday Ham & Sausage Omelette. Kids eat free every day from 4-10 p.m. but the restaurant insists it's only for good boys and girls.
