Doug is trying to pitch Liberty Mutual's customized car insurance to a couple on the street, but they become distracted by his partner, Limu Emu, slamming into a mirrored glass window. The insurance rep explains that, since Liberty Mutual believes no two people are alike, Limu becomes confused whenever he sees his reflection.
