National Association of Realtors TV Commercial, 'Phil's-osophies: Glasses'

Realtor Phil Dunphy (Ty Burrell) of "Modern Family" advises viewers to get their mortgage pre-approved in one of his Phil's-osophies. He suggests playing it safe, comparing it to the caution men should take when picking out new reading glasses. After all, if they happened to fall in love with a pair of women's glasses, they might have to wear them just to prove a point. With that, he pulls out a pair of glasses with bejeweled frames -- apparently Phil learned his lesson the hard way.
