Pennsylvania State University TV Commercial, 'One Idea at a Time'

A Pennsylvania State University student imagines up a machine and sketches out her idea before discussing the blueprints with several other people and getting to work on making her idea come to life. She's not sure yet who the contraption may benefit the most, but Penn State encourages her and other students to make the world better one idea at a time.
