Martha has moved into a retirement home with a singular plan: to wait for her inevitable death. But, the group of friends she develops encourages her to continue striving for her dreams and return to her teenage roots of cheerleading. Together, Martha and her friends form a cheerleading club to prove that it's never too late to follow your dreams despite what the naysayers think. "Poms," in theaters May 10, 2019, is rated PG-13.
