Procter & Gamble says that pandemics are not new. They've happened before and gender equality has been set back when women had to step forward to take care of our society during times of need. That's why it says we must fight harder than ever to fight for gender equality -- because when women have to step back from the workforce to take care of their families, that's when society needs to step up for them.
