A sales team uses live marketing from SAP to see how a promotional event and more sales reps will affect a lagging motorcycle business. The answer: not very much. But when one of the team members suggests digitizing the supply chain to offer customizable vehicles, the result is a rowdy, crowded store, where bikers pop wheelies and drive through plates of glass. Maybe it worked a little too well.
