Sprint's spokesman Paul steps in to assist a family dangling from a giant red check mark -- apparently, Verizon hooked the whole fam. As he clips them down using wire cutters, he recommends switching to Sprint Unlimited to avoid paying a ton for overages. For a limited time, customers can get their fifth line free.
