Two janitors chat as they make their way down a school hallway when one of them notices a spilled liquid seeping through the bottom of a door. His partner readies the cleaner and wrings the mop, and he takes a scans the barcode of the detergent bottle with the Staples app. "Handling the unexpected doesn't happen by accident," the store says.
