Moondog is an alcohol-drinking, fun-loving, weed-smoking man of the ocean who spends his life acting on his own accord regardless of what others tell him. Accompanied by his friends, Moondog finds himself in a series of extravagant situations, at least when he isn't passed out under the boardwalk. "The Beach Bum," in theaters March 29, 2019, is rated R.
