The Real Cost TV Commercial, 'Delivery'

Lighting up a cigarette in the middle of an abandoned basketball court, a guy spots a delivery truck pulling up in the distance. A man approaches him with a package, and inside he finds a rotting mouth that illustrates "The Real Cost" of smoking cigarettes: stained teeth, gum disease and more. He's disgusted by what he sees, but even more disturbed when he realizes that the mouth is actually his.
