Tic Tac TV Commercial, 'Time to Open Up'

Time stands still when Dave pulls out some Tic Tacs and Mr. Tic Tac comes dancing through the park. Mr. Tic Tac says that there is a world of possibilities out there and encourages Dave to open up to the people around him, including the woman on the other end of the park bench.
