Tootsie Pop TV Commercial, 'How Many Licks'

A young boy approaches Mr. Turtle and asks how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop. The elderly reptile insists that he's never made it to the center without biting and advises the boy to ask Mr. Owl instead. Unfortunately, Mr. Owl can't go more than three licks without biting into the center himself. The world may never know for sure how many licks it really takes.
