Verizon TV Commercial, 'Drop the Metrics' Featuring Thomas Middleditch

On a stage in a city park, right in front of enormous white letters that spell out "unlimited," Thomas Middleditch shares some exciting news with a crowd: Verizon has been ranked the #1 network for the seventh year in a row by RootMetrics. Unfortunately, rather than applaud, the crowd wants to know more about the RootMetrics award ceremony. Do they dress up? Do they get a trophy? Thomas tries and fails to divert everyone's attention back to the data plan and, as music plays him off the stage in classic Oscars style, he drops the mic in frustration.
