Walmart TV Commercial, 'The Halloween Exchange'

After returning home from a successful trick-or-treat excursion, a group of costumed children exchange candy back and forth until everyone is satisfied with their Halloween haul. Walmart claims it has sweet prices on everything Halloween, like a Hershey's candy assortment and $15 costumes.
