Waste Management TV Commercial, 'Joke'

Two talking trash cans stand side by side as one tries to tell the other a funny joke about a trash can, a recycle bin and dumpster. But those things can't walk or talk and, as it turns out, the attempted joke teller is also terrible at the quiet game, which we find out when the listener tries to make him stop talking.
