The "Official Spokesowl" for Western Governors University is back with his smaller owl friend, this time talking about the university's teaching programs. He says he is a very humble owl, but he can't help but to brag a little about the accolades the teaching program has received. At the same time, his small friend is intrigued by a tempting red button. He finally presses it, raining down balloons and confetti over the two owls.
