Workday TV Commercial, 'Practice'

Men and women are practicing for a discussion. At home, in the office and even on the links, they imagine how the conversation could go with this mystery person, trying to be empathetic and compassionate, and in one case, handing the imaginary person a tissue for their hypothetical tears. It turns out they are not speaking to a person but to their current human resources and payroll systems since they have all decided to switch to using Workday.
