When Arby's decided it wanted to make a Parmesan sandwich, it knew it had two choices, chicken or eggplant. The meat-centric chain says it obviously went with chicken and invented its Chicken Pepperoni Parmesan Sandwich because, if the restaurant it being honest, it doesn't even know what eggplant is.
