Citi Double Cash Card TV Commercial, 'Neighborhood'

What if everyone said what they really meant? What if you moved into a neighborhood and someone showed up with a pie and said she was there to see if you're weird, instead of just welcoming you? Citi says its Double Cash card is exactly what it says it is because it allows people to earn when they buy but also when they pay. Maybe neighbors being completely up front about everything might not be ideal, though -- considering these two call each other intrusive, admit to wanting to snoop around and comment on the smell of onions in the house.
