NHTSA TV Commercial, 'Buzzed Warning Signs: Affection'

The NHTSA claims that people can pick up on buzzed warning signs from others who have been drinking alcohol. One of those signs is over the top affection toward friends and others. If you begin to see buzzed warning signs in yourself, the NHTSA urges you not to drive and to catch a ride to get home safely.
