Popeyes announces a new way to chow down by blowing the lid off its $4 1/4-lb. Popcorn Chicken with each piece hand-battered and breaded in Louisiana seasoning. The box also comes with a side and a buttermilk biscuit. The restaurant is so excited about its "perfectly pop-able" dish that it lets off a series of sparklers.
