Gary the cleaning guy notices how everyone at TD Ameritrade is always working. Nicole Sherrod, Managing Director in Trading, explains it's because the employees are constantly trying to make ThinkorSwim better. How do they find the time to do this, you ask? Well, all their birthdays and holidays are combined in one celebration.
